Programming Positive Emotional States

Emotions are the result of what we think, how we think and our physiology. So the same way we feel bad when our thoughts are gloomy or scary, we can choose what to feel anytime we want. If a friend tells you that they took a lot of blood from him in the hospital, you might get worried. But if he then tells you that it was a blood donation he did voluntarily, you would feel completely different, wouldn’t you? The contents of our mind immediately determine how we feel, and what we do with our bodies also contributes. You can choose how you feel, and you sure can learn how to do it too!
We teach you how to use your mind to access memories from your past and visualizations of a desired future, which you can use to immediately generate emotional states such as confidence, love, motivation, happiness and peace. We also teach you how you can program these states so that you can access them anytime you need them. We can also help you program emotional responses to specific triggers or stimulus, so that you can react in a more resourceful way when you are confronted with those triggers. All of these tools will give you emotional intelligence and freedom, changing forever the way you experience life.
The problem: One of our clients used to have very powerful negative feelings towards a colleague at work. They had a problem and that was causing a lot of tension between them. The very act of thinking about the colleague made our client feel unrest. The solution: We changed the way she coded the memory of the problem and the person in her mind, which flattened the emotion immediately. Then we proceeded to create a more resourceful emotional state for her to have anytime she thought of -or encountered- her colleague. We anchored that state, making it available for her anytime she needed it and we finished by teaching her mind new ways of reacting to the person, based on the new feelings, so that the interactions wouldn’t be a problem anymore. The result: From the moment the change work was done, the emotional response towards the situation and the colleague was changed. This brought great peace of mind to our client and renewed her motivation to go to the office every day.
